Why has it taken a suicide to be taken seriously?

Atul Subhash committed suicide after alleging harassment by his wife Nikita Singhania, her family members and Jaunpur family court judge Rita Kaushik. The victim lived in Bengaluru and worked for a private firm, left a 24-page note detailing how he was harassed emotionally and mentally for so many years. He mentioned that his wife left him after two years of marriage, they also had a child together whom Atul was deprived of meeting. Nikita Singhania filed nine false cases in Jaunpur family court 9(which is far awy from Bengaluru) against Atul Subhash including murder, sexual misconduct, harassment for money, domestic violence, and dowry. Nikita Singhania was given Rupees 40,000 per month as alimony but she insisted on ₹ 2-4 lacs for raising their kid, as per the reports. The victim has also accused the judge Rita Kaushik demanding 5 Lacs as bribe to settle the case. In his 1.5 hr of video, Atul incessantly said that justice is due. Years of emotional distress and trauma by  his wife and the rest made him take a detrimental step like this. Atul Subhash wrote---" If I win from the system, devote my mortal remains in Ganga otherwise in a gutter outside the court."

Section 376(dealing with sexual assault and rape) and section 498-A assume that the victim is a female and the wrongdoer must be a male. According to NCRB, 74% of the cases registered under Section 376 are false. A case can be withdrawn but not the social stigma of hatred and being perceived like a  rapist can be withdrawn, it's always there. It's time to raise voice for men, its time to raise voice against such monsterous women and such corrupt government servants who have no conscience, who sell the soul of judicial justice for their own benefit. Such  cases do not only exploit lives related to it but also  question the authenticity of genuine crimes against females. It's a shame on such women who use these legitimate instruments (that are meant to protect them) against innocent people or men who are also someone's brother, someone's son or someone's dad. It should be acknowledged that women can also be guilty. Thorough 360 degree investigations are needed, false allegations should be imposed with heavy fines, sections should include necessary safeguards to avoid misuse, social awareness should be created. Laws that are gender neutral, that is, which provide protection to males and transgenders shall be made. People should be educated holistically to not cause harm to each other.. Why depending and destroying lives only for the sake of money or lust or for any other sake? Why not working, earning, inspiring, doing good work? Why selling conscience for money , holding the pen of justice that takes life changing decision? Where is integrity? People be loosing integrity thinking they are becoming rich, no just hollow and a corpse with currency.
